President Obama said he plans to invite top officials from Egypt, Israel, and Palestine to talk peace and how the United States can strengthen and deepen its partnership with them . Dates for the meeting have not been disclosed but each official will meet with the president separately. I think that this will be a great start to peace in the Middle East. Israel and Palestine really need to stop fighting and start talking they cannot keep on being so stubborn with each other. What they need to understand is that no one is going anywhere and they need to learn to live together.

I agree that this is a good start, but at the same time its not as simple as it sounds, and what I don't get is why is USA trying to settle things between them? I mean doesn't USA have its own issues to worry about?
