100 days of NO

Obama will 'celebrate' his first 100 days in office on April 29th. What is the significance of that anyways? What is 100 days compared to 4 years? I guess it is significant in that in the first 100 days he has passed the largest spending bill of all time, driving our debt up to $12 trillion. It is funny that the DNC made a 1 minute video called "100 Days of No", and in it they highlight the fact that no republicans voted YES on the presidents budget, all but 3 voted NO on the stimulus bill, etc. They say all these things that make republicans look horrible, but they dont tell you exactly why they voted that way. Typical....

That is the whole point of the opposing party. They have to do everything they can to keep them looking good and the other looking horrible. That is why we have to dig deeper to find the truth.

Yes, Obama has passed the largest spending that may have indeed brought our debt to a higher amount, but will you as an American citizen complain while it is benefitting you? And, it is apparent why republicans vote against things of that nature. You don't even have to be a politician at heart to guess why they vote against those type of bills. You know why, we all do, but in the long run, you must ask yourself this, while republicans in office, the one's whose financial future are not at stake are voting against these bills that are designed to help rehabilitate our country, who are the ones that will benefit from these same laws when they are passed. I think that person is you, and Me.
