Is our government system too forgiving and generous? There are people commiting murders and crimes daily and our streets are still filled with criminals. The death penalty needs to be heightened incases such as the capturing of one of the Somolia pirates. Not only is he going to get a taste of American prosecution but he had a big smile on his face on national television because he knows he is going to be provided with clothes, food, and a place to sleep each night. Our system needs to really give what some of these people deserve.
