Missile failure

There has been an ongoing timeline between North and South Korea, United States, Japan, China and Russia concerning nuclear weapons and missles. In recent months North Korea has accused South Korea of "hostile intent" and revoked all military and political agreements with Seoul. Just recently has North Korea stated that there "missle launch" was no more than a peaceful launch of a satellite.
