Talks between North and South Korea end quickly

For the first time in over a year North Korea and South Korea had a government to government talk. The meeting was supposed to be about business deals about a company that both countries run but soon turned sour after the south brought up a topic about a South Korean detainee. The detainee was supposedly telling a worker at the company to defect to South Korea and criticized the government of the north. When the south asked for him back the north refused to talk about it saying he was not on the agenda. The talks soon after stopped after twenty-two minutes. I guess you can say that it went pretty good, North Korea actually having talks with another nation there usually the hermits of that region. I think that any talks with North Korea are good but this one went sour pretty quickly. The North Korean government should not give back the detainee if he was breaking the law in North Korea than he should be tried in North Korea, he should not have been talking like he was. There are certain countries that you go to that you cannot do certain things and you have to learn before hand on what is right and what is wrong.
