I saw on the news that there was a big deal being made out of an all white jury. The defendants are white and the victim is a illegal. When do Americans start getting charged with committing a crime when the victim was illegal. The victim was breaking the law being over here.He was stealing in my view.By useing our resources without paying tax dollars. If i see a man breaking into a bank and shoot him will i get charged with murder?? This is a load of bull. These defendants are kids and having there lives destoried because of a illegal.

I completely agree with your logic although I am not aware of the details of the case. There should be an orderly process of prosecution, and with an illegal immigrant being the first person in conflict with the law, they should be prosecuted regardless of the situation. If that individual hadn't been here illegally in the first place it would have been impossible for any incident to happen involving him.

I agree TOTALLY with your statement. I'm not aware of the exact situation you are referring to, but when it comes to illegal aliens I am almost always going to be against them. They are a huge thorn in America's side and frankly mine too!It is not fair that they come here illegally while many, many people have waited in line for years to get in here the right way. Therefore, I dont believe they should get any rights to any kind of trial at all. Those rights are protected in our Constitution in Article 3 Section 2 for citizes of the United States, not illegals of any kind.

I think that your view is a little distorted in this case. i get what you are saying about the bank but not about the life that was taken. I bleed red, white, and blue with the best of them but no man deserves to di that way no matter where he's from. Yeah he was here illegally but the work he did and the crappy money he was working for I don't think you would be jumping on that job anytime soon. Just to let you know that if you went to another country and beat a man to death you would be dead with out a trial.
