The recent homeowner affordability and stability plan put into effect by president Obama is a great way to offer assistance to more than nine million bleeding americans. People who give "good faith" payments are able to keep their house in hope of refinancing their home. I personally relate to this topic because i'm in the process of losing my home. Helping one another is times of trouble is one way for the government to give back all of what its citizens do for this country. You have to give a little to get a little in this world. I think the loan companies are starting to realize this. If they just foreclose on every house they would lose money than trying to negotiate with people on payments until they are back on their feet.
