Russia to Korea: "No Nukes"

Apparently, Russia is sending a diplomat to N. Korea to talk about disarming their nuclear program. I don't really understand this one at all. Russia at the same time has an alliance with Iran and is supplying Iran with materials and personnel to get a nuclear program up-and-running. Russia does not like the U.S. and neither does N. Korea, so I would think they'd both want each other to have nukes, unless it is a regional power grab for Russia.

I think that because they have so much at stake in Iran they have to try to get N. Korea to stop or at least slow down their process. To the worl the U.S. is weak, so whoever has the nukes has the stregnth. At this point and time everything is a ploy for power.

Personal, as an American, I'd rather neither of them have nuclear weapons. I am glad that they are making the decision to disarm their program and I don't care why they are doing it. It will be beneficial to my family and yours if they do regardless of why.
