Why is voting such a complicated thing?

I don't like the whole idea of delegates and super delegates, do you? why is it that the delegates' votes count more than the people's votes. It is as if the people have no real say in who becomes the next president. We, the people, should be the ones shaping our children's futures based on electing our desired officials. As we saw in the last presidential election, that same issue showed its presence to americans. What do you think about the system used to elect our presidents?

Why can't everybody's votes be of equal worth! yes the people do have some say in the voting process but is "some" enough? I don't think so.

Merilis, welcome to the blog for class, your really on a role. Voting is kind of weird and the voting system have worked okay in the pass. These are new times and some times that forces the sytem to change. If the voting sytem is to change it must be bi-particain.

I think we should get rid of the super delegates and get rid of the electoral college. I wasn't taught in school we should vote for somebody to vote for my pick for the president...I was taught that I get to vote for the president...it needs to be fixed.
