Fellow Students

I would like to see more young democratic voters come out to vote than have in the past. As for young Republicans, please carry on the trend of low voter turn out on election day.

Hey buddy!! I'm Republican! Don't be a hater!

I wish more young voters would come out period! I don't care what they are. Alot came out so far but it's a damn shame only half of registered voters are there voting but yet everyone has got something to say about what is going on in the world.

Josh, you should really be trying to empower the younger generation not hold them back. I, agree with Kristen, when she said " I wish more young voters would come out." No matter what party they are apart of. We must help the young to take hold of the future and not to srink back as you suggest.

I just love seeing things interpreted in so many different ways. Maybe you could post your own blog for young Republican voters.

I'll get right on that!

Josh, I agree that more Democrats should come out in vote. I am not haing, but Repulicans it's okay to stay at home. I do encourage young voters to vote. I believe that every vote does count.

I have more than one Amanda in my classes, so I can't give you credit for this unless you put your full name on it.

I would like to see a younger voter turn out period. We have a chance to voice(by voting) who we want to run this country and we don't take advantage of it.

Calling someone or their comment "ignorant" on the blog is inappropriate. Insults are not acceptable.

WOW! what an awesome idea. Are you serious?!?! How about posting another blog encouraging students to vote period. Tell them to research the topics and issues at hand during the current election, and form their own, educated decision, instead of pushing them to be democratic or republican. People who encourage to vote only because the canidate is one party or the other are defeating the purpose of the election process.
