A elementary school janitor has been accused to raping little boys in the school bathroom. Who wants to know whether or not the death penalty should be used? Where are children safe at these days? If this had happened to my child I would want for him to be killed immediately. If you let people keep getting away with hurting or killing our children where would we be?

That is the truth. I believe that a person that commits a crime like that must and should be sent to death. I know i am not God and didnt make life but that person need to be taken very very far away from children.
"An eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind". That doesn't say anything about genitalia. Cut it off or kill him but pedophiles should be treated as seriously as murderers. They destroy, emotional if not physically, a child, who is all but defenseless. And yes I am a supporter of the death penalty and think it should be used in cases like this.

I think that the death penalty should not be used. I think that this man would endure more pain if he spending life in prison, than he would dead. I think killing people who do some of the worst crimes is just giving them an easy way out.
