I think that abortion should be left up to the individual, not a federal court. In my opinion, not even the state should have a say in the matter. The state is not having a child, and neither is the federal government. There are a total of three people that should be involved in the process of determining whether or not to have an abortion: the mother, the father, and the doctor.

Abortion is a an in depth topic. depending on the situation abortion should be looked at differently. The Supreme Court make decisions on those ideas. The idea of killing a baby is a harsh one.

The choice should be left up to the mother. There are many situations where she may not have been planning it, she could've be raped or just not being safe. Yes of course there's always the argument that the baby didn't ask to be here, but ti's also her choice because it's her body.

On one hand I think that it should be up to the mother, as to whether she should have and abortion or not, but on the other hand I do not. Many women who do not want to have a child need to think about how they are going to properly protect themselves before any action takes place and remember that accidents can happen. Now, if the mother can not afford to take care of the baby, then that is understandable. However, there are too many females that are getting abortions left and right because they can. They continue to act carelessly and kill of a life just because they do not want to deal with what they have created.
