Going green is the new rage these days, from the news, to fashion and even technology. Many products are aimed towards the use of more enviromentally friendly and recycable material. While using these items is an easy way to help make an effort in conserving the earth, it is easy to get consumed in buying a lot of green products. However, how much of the green products are really making a difference and how much difference? Is it enough difference where we should be concerned about it or not.

I've been concerned with this as well. If everyone in the U.S. were start only buying green then obviously a huge difference would be made. Yet with only a few people here and there going green I doubt they are really making a difference.

Going green is a hard thing to do as an individual and a society. Yes, I do believe that we are making a difference. And I think we, as global citizens, should be concerned about.

A lot of these companies have started going green just to sell items, not because they care. This new rage for going green probably effects our environment very little. If they really want to make a difference then they need to lower the prices on these products because the consumer has to pay more for those brands.
