The City County Commisioner will discuss and debate whether to cut 112 positions, of which 80 are filled, on Thursday. These layoffs could effect Polics Officers, park employees public work employees. These layoffs will reduce the city payroll $6.6 million dollars. There are many more upcoming budget cuts in store for buisnesses around Tallahassee. I would have to say that some budget cuts are approraite but cutting this many jobs is ridiculous.

Yes, I agree with you. There are so many other options to save money that would save those jobs that are needed.
