$73million to go to Zimabawe

The Obama administration announced last Friday. The money will not go to any government agencies, the president said. He also said, “because we continue to be concerned about consolidating democracy, human rights and rule of law,” Obama said. “But it will be going directly to the people in Zimbabwe.” Is this a good thing? Yes, most countries in Africa could use anybody's help they can get, but in a time when all you hear about is recession, is that a good thing?

This is a lot of money to be giving away with our economy the way it is. The United Nations all need to step up to the plate and provide funds. America has to quit being the big brother all the time.

I think this is a rather small amount of money and it wouldn't be nothing to give away. People privately can fund $73 million for federal foundations. I think this can be paid for with one fund raiser by the president. Also it would be fixing up a country that definately needs it and also a loyal partner forever possibly if they do get right.
