Do you ever feel that justice today is unfair! Look around and watch as loved ones
get in trouble and sentenced to life for something that is not that major! Look at celebrities and see what happens to them when they get in trouble, what a pat on the back and then are able to go home. When the courts want to make an example out of someone it is always blacks! i feel that more people should look around any start to notice that somethings are just not right!!

I totally agree with your post. I think the justice system is corrupt, Celebrates get 5 minutes in the county jail. Take Lindsay Lohan for example that was sentence to jail for her two DUI plus she had cocaine in her system. Lohan turned herself in and only serve 84mintues. I mean what the heck; if that was anybody else they would have a longer harsher sentence. Oh I’m not going to even tell you if that was a black person it would have been over. Nichole Richie was other one who received a slap on the wrist with her 82 minute stay in jail. Let’s just see what Michael Vick gets.
Nice grammar by the way, you're absolutely right, black people get all of the punishment and all white people get out with a slap on the wrist. Are you kidding me? Honestly, I don't think you could get any more racist. Your statements are full of logical fallacies and assumptions. Your blog and the previous comment is ridiculous.
Please show me the evidence where only blacks get made an example of? That is a ridiculus assumption. However I do agree that it seems most celebrities get easier sentences. Not all the time though.
While it is technically incorrect to say "it is always blacks," others shouldn't be distracted by the fact that there is a lot of evidence to support a less extreme version of this statement. It isn't "always" true, but, on average, blacks get harsher sentences for almost every crime. Evidence for this is everywhere. Do a web search for anything relating to racial disparities in sentencing and you'll find tons of evidence. Like, for instance, that nearly 70% of those incarcerated are minorities, despite being only around 15% of the overall population and no more than 50% of convicted criminals (when you control for poverty, racial differences in crime rates largely disappear). Minorities (especially African-Americans) are also much more likely to be suspects, to be pulled over or stopped, to be detained or frisked and to be arrested than whites.
Clearly there is a big problem here.
>Nichole Richie was other one who received a slap on the wrist with her 82 minute stay in jail.
Last time I checked, Richie was at least half black, so I'm not sure including her supports your argument.
>Nice grammar by the way,
This is an ad hominem attack.
>I don't think you could get any more racist.
Actually, there is nothing racist in this post or the comments. No one said anything negative about any race, so the word doesn't apply here.
>Your statements are full of logical fallacies and assumptions.
There are some fallacies in the post, but the overall point is accurate, even if it isn't as extreme as stated.
>When the courts want to make an example out of someone it is always blacks!
no it's not.
I notice when someone mentions that blacks get harsher sentencing than whites on average, people are enraged. The proof is in the pudding it happens and there is no dispute in that matter. The act of doing so is actually what I would refer to as "racism". My friend who is black bought a pack of gum and a store clerk stopped him asking him with loud disturbed voice "where are you going with that!" My friend being shy couldn't say a word and was astonished of her obvious allegations of him stealing the piece of gum. I politely asked my friend can I see your receipt and set it down on the counter before the store clerk, made a large smile and winked both of my eyes.
When I informed others I found 3 other people who are black and had been harassed by the same store clerk. *These incidents happened at the Tom Thumb gas station in Cottondale, Florida.* Talk about hitting close to home.
That's very interesting. I believe people should report incidences like this so that we can get people like that out of stores. I really like the way you handled the situation though! Honestly, I would have handled it just a tad differently!
I don't agree with the extreme way you presented this problem, but I think I understand the point you are trying to make. My husband is covered, from neck to toes and in between with tatoos, and he has been harrassed because he fits a stereotype, especially by law enforcement. This type of injustice doesn't just target one group of people but a broad spectrum of individuals. Regardless it is not right.
Its not always blacks getting to trouble, but yes celebrities are most of the time getting little slaps on the wrist. Micheal Vick is getting a slap on the wrist, because the penalties for dog fighting to the non-athlete is by far greater.
