What do you think?
This isn't about a current event, but it is about one of the most important events in the history of America. Of course I'm talking about 9/11. A quick summary: Plane #1 crashes into the north tower of the World Trade Center. Could this have been an accident? Maybe. Plane #2 crashes into the south tower. Ok, it's not an accident! Plane #3 crashes into the Pentagon. Now, after all this there is another plane that has gone off course. It has turned around and is heading in the direction of Washington, D.C. You now have to consider there are two likely targets, The White House or The Capitol. The subsequent events told to the people of the U.S is that the passengers atttacked the hijackers and crashed the plane into a field. I don't believe this and I never will. Until the day I die I will believe that plane was shot down by a U.S military jet. A location was chosen where the plane would fall into a field, not a populated area. This was done to protect another American landmark from destruction. I, personally, have no problem with this. I feel sorry for the families of the passengers, but inevitably they were already doomed. My heart goes out to the pilot of the plane who had to do it, and to the person who ultimately had to make the decision. These are my thoughts, I'd like to hear yours.

There is some evidence to question the official story on this one, but there are also phone transcripts from during the flight and the scuffle at the end that suggest the "shot down" theory is incorrect.
