Why does school and text books cost so much money. I understand the government pays for a certain amount and the students pay the rest. This is still alot of money to pay. We need to do something about this mess.

I agree. I don't understand why they have to change the material so often. The textbook usually have about the same information in it. It doesn/t make sense to me.

It's just a way to get more money out of us...same reason that tuition is rising and everything else. Everything goes up when the economy's down..
