Bush could become the "Teddy Roosevelt of the seas"

There was an interesting article from NPR about a conservation plan that would be the biggest in the history of the U.S. President Bush hopes to use the Antiquities Act of 1906 to carry out this plan. It would protect "territorial waters from fishing, oil exploration and other forms of commercial development." The list of possible sites started at 30 and they have narrowed it down to 5. I can't wait to see what site is chosen. Even though I haven't cared for Bush's policies in the last couple of years, I think this plan is just wonderful.
