Save Americas Housing Market
We really need to stop the party wars, because we are the only looser. Once again the Republicans are playing party politics as usual, by blocking what seems to be a good bill for homeowners. In a article I read the Democrat’s had a good sounding bill proposed to the Senate to help with a part of the housing issues we now face as a country. I don’t care what party a person is all I care is if they a really helpful.

I'm a little confused on the whole housing crisis thing going on. Didn't these people know when they bought their house that their interest rate wasn't a locked rate?! Just a question.
Hi, Kristen; actualy it is very easy to be tricked when it comes to your morgage. Its like a normal person reading a medical book for the first time, many people want understand it. It might amaze you at the number of people who don't even really read the package when they are signing their paperwork. It was about 75 pieces of paper or more, many people just want the house and they pay for it later.
well you would think something as important as buying a house they would take the time to read everything and ask questions. Sounds like it's their fault!
I have been thruogh it twice and it AINT NICE but I read every thing and it makes the morgage person angry.
Well other people need to do what you did. Instead they were stupid and now everyone is saying we should do this and do that to help them. Which I guess we should help because I can imagine that's a horrible thing for a family to go through but..it was still pretty stupid!
Many are just plan old tricked. They tried to change my rate by.75% it doesn't seen like much but over the life of the loan its huge.
