Sick Clinic

Five clinics in Nevada have been shut down because a Los Vegas clinic has been purposely been reusing needle on patients passing on the viruses HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C. There have been 40,000 people at risk and six infected with because of the clinic’s staff reusing syringes and vials after being told to do so. For example, a nurse would use a syringe and needle to inject an infected throw away the needle and reuse the syringe. It's not said that this was done purposely too spead a virus but they should know better. How far should the punishment go for these individuals?

I'll try to find one. There was a lot of talk about it on television last night.

I feel they should get atleast 25 years in prison. I don't care what they were told to do, common sense should tell them these are lives they're putting at risk.

If the following individuals received any education in the medical field, then they would have known how dangerous reusing syringes was. I think that they should each be punished on the extent of how many people they infected, etc.

Even though they claim that the spread of the virus was not intintial I believe they should loose their ability to practice work in a medical facility ever

I believe that the individuals should be charged with murder if the six patients were infected with HIV. That is a deadly diease. Playing with some one life is not good. I do agree that those individuals should not be allowed to practice medicine anymore. They should spend some time in jail, being wreckless

Puinshment is a under-statement with what these people should go through. Hospitals should also keep more of an eye on these situations, so they are also not the victims.
