A Better Way

With gas prices going up everyday and cars and suv's taking up towards 100 dollars each time one fills their car up. A better solution to this is everyone should ride a motorcycle or a scooter. My bike only holds two gallons and i can go about 120 miles depending on how i ride. That is about 60 miles per gallon which is a great average. This could help out the wallet in the long run!!!

Better yet, a bicycle. It doesn't require any fill up at all!

I agree but when there are longer distances one has to travel a bicycle is just not going to cut it. Unless you are lance armstrong. For travel that is close i feel everyone should ride a bicycle.

I agree it is cheaper to ride a motorcycle, bicycle or a scooter. However, some people have big family and this method is impossible to do. On them other hand, if you’re a college student or single than yea. If most people ride bikes it might eliminate so many people getting hit on bikes along with the stress of high gas prices which is putting a burden on house holds. You also have to think about the whether conditions remember this is Florida it might be hot one minute and rain the next.

A Motorcycle would be a good way to save and conserve gas. Gas prices are way to high right now, another way you can conserve is use car pooling and public transportation.

John that a very good idea for the single person. But as a mother what's my solution chain four bikes together or do like old times and put someone on the handle bars ride. Point blank the goverment need to make some sort of change beacause I don't see this getting any better.

Yonika when you mean the government do you mean us? Because it is up to us to do something about this problem. If every person that is single rode a bike instead of their trucks and cars that would be a huge number and the oil companies would have to lower their prices.

To solve the issue on high inflation rates on gas and oil, everybody can make a difference; if not at a macro level a micro level such as riding your bike, taking the bus, or riding a scooter. Just because we are 1 in a million people out there, doesn't mean we cant do anything.
