Celeberties and Drugs
While recently watching the news, I saw that the actor Heath Ledger died of a drug over dose at the age of 28. Its a terrible tragedy that he was so young and he had so much potiental and was a great actor. We will never know his full potential all because of a drug over dose. Another example of this tragedy would be Anna N. Smith. Why would anybody do this to themselves, with everything to live for.

In our current position as a country celeberties get away with murder so why is that we are alarmed to find out that many of them are drug users, drug pushers and most of all drug abusures. Celeberties are no better off than poor people, they just have the luxury of throwing money at thier problems. It just so happens that our corruptiable judical system is all too happy to take their money for favors.
Actually after the autopsy it's shown that he had an allergic reaction to the pills. But I do understand where you're coming from. Most celebrities die at a young age due to drugs, but should the government be blamed for that? Or the individuals willpower?
I agree with lturner, they have the money to throw it at all their habits, addictions, and problems.
This post has no connection to government or politics, so I can't give any credit for it.
I also do not have a "black is power" in my gradebook, so I can't give you credit unless you put your actual name on posts and comments.
Celeberties and Drugs go together. I don't understand that about celeberties. They have all the money in the world, and instead of using it for the good, they use to the bad. They have so much money that they just throw it away on foolishness. Take Lohan, for example, she is a big time celeberty, and she is throwing her life away on drugs. What she and other celebs fail to realize is that young people are looking up to them, and if they see these suppose to be idols doing it; the young kids/teenagers are going to think that it is okay to do.
Shawnique: I guess the old saying is true "money can't buy you happyness." Some times I think life was less complex when I was poor, now I work harder and the more I work the more I want, which of course means the more I spend.
I agree with lturner, they have the money to throw it at all their habits, addictions, and problems.
