Death for child rape?

In Louisiana, a janitor was arrested and accused of raping boys in the bathroom. The Supreme Court said that no one can be executed for rape of an adult but they did not mention child rape. This should have been mentioned a long time ago. The question is, should you execute a person who has ruined someone else life for ever?

I am all for the death penalty if the crime fits and raping a child definately fits that criteria for me. That kind of thing is something you dont get over and that child will probably be scarred for life. Anyone who could do that to a child doesn't deserve to live in my opinion.

It would be hard for me to say I am pro-death penalty, because I'm not really sure. But I think if I was one of those children's parents', if the government doesn't kill him, I probably would.

The death penalty is a pretty serious deal. I think a rapist especially a child rapest should get the death peanalty because psychologist say that is incurable. So we might as well execute this guy. I'm sure he sit in jail so long that he wishes he would have died.

I agree with several of the comments...i feel rape is an unforgivable offense and that child rape is deserving of the death penalty...I am a big supporter of the eye for an eye theory and believe that instead of letting these sick distgusting people sit in prison we should make the actually pay for what they have done...a lot of the child rape cases end up in the child later commiting suicide because of the grief and dispair that the scarring of the rape puts them through...I think that this is a prime example of why the death penalty is legal and should be used...
