Obama has stated to MSNBC that Al Gore would play a key role in his administration if interested. What a dream team that would be. It would be interesting and important as far as the environment goes. Although Obama has said nothing about selecting Gore as his running mate, Gore would probably be the first guy to be vice president twice with two seperate presidents.

That team if it happens would probably be a shoe-in to the White House. Obama a man that could bring postive change, and Gore who is extremley well approved would be the team to beat.
That would be an ultimate combo tin my opinion. I don't think there are any laws against a vice president running again, but i wouldn't know. However im pretty sure that Al Gore is done with the white house. I read somewhere in time that he didnt want to run for President again, but maybe being vice president is a different story.
I think that would be the altimate powerhouse and that would be a great idea if Obama and Al Gore would team up and take on the White House.
Al Gore is a great man and wants to improve the entire planet not just the U.S.. I agree that Al Gore and Obama are friends, but I do not see them as running mates in the election.
