Some lawmakers are questioning whether the Department of Treasury has the power to recycle returned bailout dollars to fund new or expand rescues for auto companies, life insurers, and small banks. In my opinion, I would rather them recycle the money instead of issuing out new money for the taxpayers to payback. If you had a voice in what to do with this recycled money, what would you do?
