The president has to pick a new Supreme Court Justice to replace retiring Justice David Souter. The White House stated that decision could come as early as the first week in June. In my opinion, I believe he is going to pick a democrat, due to that being the political party he represents.Do you think the new Supreme Court Justice will be a Democrat or Republic? Why?
