I have a few suggestions for them that may be helpful. GM and Chrysler should merge. The private sector and oil companies should donate half of the money needed for the bailout and if they can survive off of $1 a year, they must be financially stable, so why not invest their monies into their companies. In other words... Exhaust all other possibilities before asking the average American taxpayer for their nickels and dimes.
