Obama bring troops back
Obama plans to bring troops back and combat bridges out in 16 months, as well as keeping some there to protect diplomats and other officials there in Iraq. What do you think about this?
In my opinion, this is exactly what needs to happen and should have happened a very long time ago. However, I am concerned that the time frame he expects this to happen in needs to be reassessed.
Im all for bringing the troops home but the time frame in which it is done should be redone. Pulling them out within the wrong time frame can cause a complete collapse withing the country, which will only result in having to resend the troops to start over again.
The idea of bringing troops home is a good one, but the next president should make sure that we do not leave other countries in worse condition then before the wars started.
