The Security Council

The UN Security Council is composed of permanent members who have veto powers over proposals by other members. It seems unfair that all should have the same power if not all of them do not contribute as much as the US and UK. I think that since the US and UK commit the most funds and troops to any mission, they should have more power in passing matters in the UN Security Council. What do you think?
