A post-Castro Cuba

If any of you read the article in the Tallahassee Democrat about Cuba in Saturdays paper, it explains how castro has chosen his brother Raul to maintain power due to his illness. The article then goes on to say the government will start to collapse and America should help Cuba maintain a stable government if and when Castro is gone and a transition period is necessary. I am not sure how others feel about this, but we are already in a war tyring to do this for another nation,I am not sure we should take on the responsibilty of this for another nation (Cuba). How do you all feel about this?
