I believe that Obama will choose the best person for the position. In my opinion, Varack wants what is best for the country. If picking a Democrat is not the best choice, then what is the chances that he will do so? Wheteher the individual is Democrat or Republican, Obama does not discriminate and will choose the best candidate for the Supreme Court Justice chair.

This is true, but how can anyone be sure who the best person for the job is. This is a difficult decision for anyone to make. Also he is a human being. Humans have emotions and can make decisions on things other than how qualified someone is for the job. Sometimes its not what you know but who you know.
