I just read in the paper, so who knows if there is truth to this, that if Obama is elected he wants to send troops into Pakistan to hunt down terrorists. He said if president Bish ends the war he is giving terrorists what they really want.
Obama said that as commander in chief he would remove troops from Iraq and putting them "on the right battlefield in Afghanistan and Pakistan." From--

Presidential candidates will say anything to get votes. Obama also said that he if elected president, he would start communication with Castro and other communist countries, but who says that will ever happen.
I think that if Obama was to become president going to hunt out terrorist should be the least of his worries. I don't believe that terrorism will end because its too much hatred against America.
Toya....I think you have a good point. I could see where he is just saying that, but why? Most people want all war to end! Oh well, I guess we will see what ends up happening!
I agree with Obama on the sentiment that Iraq is a place we should not have troops and that we should be deploying in Afghanistan. I am iffy on deploying in Pakistan but counter-terrorism groups shouls be every country where there is know terrorist activity and should work with the government in those countries for foreign relation reasons.
