Rice, McCain's Vice Pres.?
John McCain is still in search for a Vice President running mate, or his he? Condoleezza Rice has been rumored to be joining McCain on his quest to becoming the next president. Rice now the Secretary of State, maybe just looking to prove herself that she would be a liable candidate for President in the next election. McCain may look for diversity for his V.P spot, to sway some votes to him beacuse of his opposition on the other side with Obama? Either way this is a hot topic that is still unfolding.

I know little about this matter, but I personally just do not think that a women is ready to hold the responsibilities as president. From what Hillary has proven to the entire U.S. this election, i just dont know.
I think Rice would be a good Vice President. She seems very educated and sure of herslef. She also already has expierence in politics. Why not have a women for Vice Pres.?

That seems like a pretty good strategy for McCain. Hilary Clinton is a woman, Barack Obama is African American, and Condoleeza Rice is both. It's obvious that McCain has got his mind working overtime to win. Meanwhile Clinton and Obama duke it out for the democratic ticket.

Rice would be a great Vice President. She has all the experience and knowledge. McCain would definitly profit with her on his team.
I think that would be a smart move by McCain if he chose Condoleezza as the vice president. I really like her alot and I think shes got what it takes to be a great leader for our country but I think she will decline the offer. I think she doesn't want to be President or vice president.
Brandon, I think that saying a woman isn’t ready to handle the responsibilities as president is totally sexiest. All you’re basing your claim on is Hillary’s performance in the democratic nomination, and what about it? She has proven that women can make a real bid for the White House. Also, just because you may not like Hillary doesn’t mean all women are like her. It’s totally sexist to infer that all women have some fundamental flaw when it comes to handling responsibility, especially when you’re using a women who has just made a seriously bid for the White House as your example of womanly irresponsibility.
Anyway, I would be surprised if McCain took Rice as his VP. The current administration has such a bad approval rating I think that McCain would be worried about it's potential to damage his campaign. Plus, Rice specifically told the Washington times that she wasn't interested.

Choosing Rice as running mate would benefit the McCain campaign. Rice, being a female, would give the McCain campaign a boost.
I think Obama already appeals to the minority voter. A women vice president would bring along more thought of change, but I do not think it would be a great strategy.
