Kings Anniversary
I think it is wonderful that John McCain and Hillary Clinton got together to remember Martin Luther King Jr., in Memphis where he was killed 40 years ago. Even though Barrack Obama could not be in Memphis he honored King in his speech in Indiana. There has been so much of a racial issue in this year’s presidential election, and I think its great that our candidates can put all of that aside and get together and remember this honorable man.

It is very good of the presidential candidates to take part in remembering Dr. King. All potential presidents should recognize the significance of his role in American history. Without his efforts and sacrifices, who knows what this country would be like.
