What did the Ft.Lauderdale mayor say about gays?

Ok so, did you hear about what the Ft. Lauderdale Mayor said...? Well he said that basically he has to do something about the public restroom use, because it seems that since November 2005 there has been four reported incidents of male with male sexual acts . What do you think about this? Would getting single occpuntacy restrooms work? Would it relly stop anything? I don't think so...
