The White House proposed a significant budget increase for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Which would include an 11% increase for fiscal year of 2010.I feel like now is not the right time to be increasing anyone's budget. I respect and give honor to all veterans, but do you think now is that right time for an increase in their budget?
