Former U.S.surgen gernerlals speak out

The most recent surgeon general are speaking out against the Bush administration because Bush would not allow him to say what he wonted to when talking to the public. the surgeon general used the fact that he was not allowed to speak at the Special Olympics because it was view as benefiting a political opponent. Other surgeon generals have spoken out too.
