Time for a change across seas

Our nation was attacked and it has forever haunted American's that we will be attacked again. When Bush declared war it gave Americans a sense of peace that their nation was being protected and fighting for a reason to remain a free nation. Obama comes into office and address's the nation that he will removing troops from Iraq by 2010 and that our war over there will be shifted to "supporting the Iraqi government and security forces." Does this make our nation more vulnerable to attacks demonstrating that we are weak and can not finish what we have begun?

  1. Well if what you say is true and that as long as we are at war then we are safe then, yes, we will be unsafe when we are out of war. But i'm sure we all understand that it's a bit more complicated than that. We created Osama during a time of relative peace.
And what is a free nation?
