Personal Responsibility

Lately it seems that anyone or any company can do as they please regardless of the consequences. Banks will lend to people with no credit, people with no income are buying houses they cant afford, and the government is bailing them out. The government will buy worthless assets from companies that have practiced recklessly. where is the personal responsibility? When can a company who has been reckless pay the consequences? Where are the people restraining themselves from buying things that they cannot afford? Where are the banks that lend to those who show that they can repay the loans? What has become of the responsibility that our parents taught us?

  1. That personal responsibility is long gone and may never be found again. Thanks to things like MTV, VH1, and the E channel. The lives of the rich and famous have made us want so many things that we can't have or afford. we want to be so much better then we are we will stop at nothing to gain it. The American dream has become a national nightmare.
